National Careers Week Entry
Hello, my name is Ali and I currently attend SVC. I am honoured to present my entry for National Careers Week. I have undertaken substantial research about Computer Scientists over the last little while. It is my earnest intention to become one when I grow up.
What is Computer Science?
Computer science is the study of computers and computing as well as their theoretical and practical applications. Computer science applies the principles of mathematics, engineering, and logic to an overabundance of functions, including algorithm formulation, software and hardware development, and artificial intelligence.
Computer Scientists
A computer scientist understands the theoretical aspects of working with computers. They do not necessarily work with hardware and applications in the same way that computer engineers do. Instead, a computer scientist considers how technology handles information then applies it to programs.
Analytics
Employment of computer and information research scientists is projected to grow 15 percent from 2019 to 2029, much faster than the average for all occupations. Job prospects are expected to be excellent. The computer science industry is growing faster than any other industry as there is a high demand of technology.
Resources
Most employers require a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, math or related subject. A master's degree in software engineering may be necessary for advancement into lead engineering and management positions.

Computer scientists use technology to solve problems. They write software to make computers do new things or accomplish tasks more efficiently. They create applications for mobile devices, develop websites, and program software. Computer scientists understand the robotic software platforms and are necessary for researching high-level programming.
